Access and Computer Requirements
Go to the website at www.lms.mintbook.com and log in. You will need to be logged in as a member of the website in order to access the Learning Portal as this portal is for active employees only.
Your username is your Employee ID or Email-ID
You can access the portal anytime from anywhere such as your workplace or your home.
Learning Portal is available to all active users.
To enable the Learning Portal to work at optimal level, we recommend that you have these minimum requirements:
- Operating System: Windows XP or Windows 7, Mac OS X
- Internet Browser: Internet Explorer 8 or higher version, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari
- Internet Connection
For security purposes, we advise that you always log out of the system after you finish your session. In any case, the system will automatically log you out in 30 minutes, if session is not active.
Registration/Profile Update
You can register on Learning Portal with a valid Employee Id/Email-ID.

- Click on Sign Up.
- Then enter Employee Id
- OTP will be sent to your mobile number
- Enter the OTP in the website and reset the Password
You can login using below steps:
- Type the URL www.lms.mintbook.com
- Click on Login Button.
- Enter the User ID and Password to access the portal.
- You will be taken to dashboard page after successful login.
You can update your profile only after you login. Once you have logged in to your profile, you can view the profile details by clicking on the “Me Icon”. To edit your profile, click on the ‘Profile’ option. You can make changes to your Profile by editing the relevant sections from here. Changes cannot be made to information that is flowing directly from HRMS system.
You can request password using Forgot passcode option by entering valid Employee Id. You can reset your passcode using below steps:

- Click on Login Button.
- Then Click on Forgot Password Link.
- Then Enter User Id.
- An OTP will be send as SMS to your registered Mobile number.
- Enter the OTP and choose a new password.
Using LMS
Yes, Learning Portal is accessible on mobile devices, tablets, and laptops as well using a common latest version of web browser. You can also access LMS through the mobile App.
No! There is no software to download, Learning Portal is a hosted on-demand training system. You can attend training/courses from anywhere.
Through this, you will be navigated to Mintbook Digital Library, which is an integrated solution that provide various eBooks/videos to get knowledge.
Click on the “Courses” Icon on Dashboard. Here, you will be able to see the training/courses scheduled for you. You can go with the schedule or can additionally select another course and start the training. To start a new course, click on Start. You will be able to see the course details, like study material, videos, etc.
Click on the Apply Certificate Tab.
- Select the completed course from the dropdown.
- Click on apply button.
- Fill the course feedback and submit
- System will automatically generate the certificate
- Click on the View Certificate Tab to see the generated certificate
Click on the “Circular” Icon on Dashboard. This will take you to the important circulars provided. You can view the circular year-wise, category/sub category wise and by keywords. Once you click on the circular subject, you will be able to read the details.
Discussion Forum allows you to see and participate in the active discussions for better engagement.
Whenever a Discussion Forum is activated, you can register to the active ones. You can read the comment of others and also post your views related to the subject.
Quiz Hour allows you to see and participate in the active Quiz Hour to track your learning progress. It also incentivize and motivate you.
Assessment contains a simulated question paper with MCQs. Each assessment is simulated from the massive question bank on each course. To start the assessment, you need to click START, then Start quiz.
We recommend using keywords such as: primary, supplementary to list down resources most relevant to you.
- Primary resource Recommended as major learning opportunities and resources matching curriculum learning outcomes
- Supplementary resource Addresses some learning outcomes: supplementary to primary resources
On the Search bar (in Global search on top and any other specific search option or filter), leave the keyword search field blank and ensure you have not selected a category/role from the search filter. Click Search and that will display all the resources available in the portal.
Yes. Your progress will be bookmarked by the Learning Portal and you can proceed from where you left off the next time you access the course.
On the Dashboard, you will be able to view courses you have completed, In Progress or overdue.
You will be able to print a completion certificate from the Learning Portal Certificates page.
On the dashboard, click on “Feedback” icon. A feedback/survey form will be open. Select the course and share your feedback.

ILT Courses
Under Courses, click on – All Course. Choose the desired course and click on “Add to Waitlist”. As Instructor-Led Trainings can be assigned by the admin only, so you need to be in waitlist.
Learners on a wait list are automatically notified if a seat becomes available.
